Background
Having trained in Capoeira, Taiji(ZMQ) and Muay Thai since Sep 2002, I have decided to ventured out to bring kickboxing closer to all of us in Singapore. Our program draws out the essence of each martial arts and puts them into the workout to allow of our clients to fully harness the benefits of each stance, upper and lower body strikes and evasive movements.
I have always emphasis these elements in our training regime:
Non aggressive & non sparring. Need I say more...your safety is our utmost concern
We aren't training ring fighters, what we aim to achieve is to incorporate kick boxing moves into fitness
We will help clients to enjoy the fitness experience via our training programs and eventually help you attain the desired fitness objectives.
By "bringing" the dojo and gym to you, it allows us to pass these savings back to you. We will help you watch your pocket :P
